Our new, small hotel offers a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It's located in the Schuman area, near the European institutions. We have 12 delightful rooms, suites and apartments of various sizes.

This location allows easy access to all Brussels’ attractions and business establishments. The Schuman area is within walking distance of the hotel and you can reach the airport within 10 minutes. The city centre and the NATO are only a 5-minute drive away. You can take advantage of the many excellent facilities included in the price, such as an extensive breakfast, laundry service, phone calls (up to EUR 10 daily), snacks and drinks and use of the hotel’s bicycles.
Some of our suites and apartments are situated in a beautifully restored historical building, 100 metres from the hotel, while others occupy a little less prestigious, yet nicely renovated building at the same distance.

Room information

All rooms are equipped to the highest standards with comfortable double beds (2 x 10 metres, real down quilt, feather / down pillows) and plank floors. The rooms have large wardrobes of modern design or cosy teak furniture. All have en suite showers or baths, or both, and are non-smoking.

High-speed cable and Wi-Fi internet connection (8 Mbits/s) and flat-screen TV with cable channels will provide you with the best link to the world around and will help you not only create your own atmosphere, but also keep to your normal daily rhythm. Every room has a direct in and out dial telephone line.

Area information

Hotel Housing is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The hotel is located off the main road in a small street and in a very quiet area.

As the street is only indicated on recent maps, please consult the map on this website before departure. You may also need a map if you plan to travel by taxi for the taxi driver.

The extensive public transport network ensures connections to almost any part of Brussels. More than 10 bus lines will bring you to any desired destination. Direct bus connections exist to the airport (8 km), Nato (4 km), the city centre (3 km) and the European Quarter and the metro (1 km). The bus stops are a 2 to 5-minute walk away.

Travel information

The hotel is DIFFICULT to find:
- the street is small and new;
- there is only one street indication sign;
- there is no sign "hotel" on the outside of the hotel;
- the street is incorrectly indicated on various maps and GPS systems.

In order to find the hotel easily, please bring a print of the map you receive with your confirmation with you.

Important information

The hotel is DIFFICULT to find - the hotel is located off the main road in a small street in a quiet area. The street often doesn't appear on older maps or is confused with Rue Marcel Mariën. There is only one street indication sign and there is no sign "hotel" on the outside of the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
